What I do: I do what the body tells me to. I facilitate healing of the body so that it can perform at it optimal state. Most people don't even know how good our bodies are designed to feel.
Why I do what I do: I practice massage therapy because we need to have alternative options to make our bodies feel the way they are designed to without always defaulting to medication. Our bodies are wonderfully designed. Participating in a wellness plan that includes massage therapy can benefit our bodies in many positive ways.
A little about myself...I have been practicing massage therapy for 11 years. I have been married for 11 years. I have 2 little boys that have managed to run away with my heart! I love reading but haven't done any of that since I had children. I love hiking and getting away from the hustle and bustle of life. I love my family near and far with all my heart. I love what I do! I try to eat healthy to maintain good health but that proves very difficult at times... I love receiving bodywork! I would pass up getting my hair done, my nails done, my eyelash extensions done, if I could only chose one. Massage therapy is good for my body, mind, and soul.
